Our wheel delivery service requires packaging with card and straps (or strong tape). The tyre does not need to be covered but the wheel face does.
Strips of card can be used on the wheel delivery service as long as the face of the wheel is well protected, again strapping or strong packaging tape or duct tape can be used.
Tyre delivery services do not require the tyres to be packaged but if booked in pairs as one parcel the tyres should be well connected to each other so they do not become separated in transit.
Bumpers, Doors, Bonnets and Panels etc. should ideally be packaged in bubble wrap and card.
Bumpers, Doors, Bonnets and Panels etc. can also be packaged in specialised supported crates and boxes if it doesn't take the weight over 30kg.
This is the minimum packaging requirements for Bumpers, Doors, Bonnets and Panels etc. For the delivery service it would also be best to put card on the corners and the edges for better protection.
The packaging requirements for our pallet delivery services are less, however the consignment should be securely attached to the pallet.
PLEASE NOTE: Insufficient packaging could result in:
1) The driver refusing collection.
2) Packaging and label loss resulting in an undeliverable parcel.
3) Possible consignment damage.
4) An insurance claim for damage being refused.

Maximum weight: 30kg (cubic) per package.
Pick up time: 08:30am – 18:00 Monday to Friday (no collections on bank holiday’s or weekends)
Delivery Time Scale:
1 - 2 working days
Cut off time for booking: 11am, some areas can be booked up to 12 noon but it's not guaranteed after 11am.
Packaging Information:
Please package the wheels/alloys in suitable packaging to protect the items during transit, we recommend bubble wrap/card/black bags with a large delivery address label and our printed label attached. Please ensure packages are READY for the driver to collect, they will not wait!
For bookings of 2 alloys/tyres in one parcel please ensure these are banded together securely, insurance will not cover items which have become detached during transit. Please note also our couriers will not collect unpackaged items except tyres.
Insurance: £20 included, additional insurance can be purchased at the time of booking.

Our wheel delivery service and car part delivery service needs to be booked by 11am for same day collection.
THE PROCESS:
1) Select the
wheel/tyre delivery service or any of the required car part delivery services.
If the delivery service is not listed please contact us for a courier service
quote.
2) Enter your collection and delivery address for the courier service and select
a collection date.
3) Pay for the delivery service, you will be automatically diverted to the
secure PayPal site and your courier service can also be paid for by card if you
do not have an account. (All delivery service payments are covered by the PayPal
payment protection policy)
3) You will receive a receipt for the delivery service and a label will follow.
Tyres on the tire delivery service do not require packaging but all other
delivery services need to be packaged. (full instructions will be sent with the
delivery emailed receipt)
